Closing the gap between the classroom and the workshop.
Mech Spec was started by a small team of engineers and master technicians in Nairobi who kept meeting the same problem: bright graduates who couldn't diagnose a real fault, and brilliant workshop talent who never got formal training. We built Mech Spec to bridge that gap.
Our mission
To make industry-grade automotive and mechanical engineering education available to anyone with a phone and a willingness to learn — taught the way it's actually done in the workshop.
Our approach
Every Mech Spec course is fault-first. You don't memorize theory and hope it sticks — you learn by walking through real cases, real wiring diagrams, real diagnostic data, and you finish each module with a skill you can use on Monday.
